Job Description

Our award-winning analytics group of 100+ analysts is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team. As part of a broader cross-PESO analytics team, the Senior Analyst will focus:

  • Primarily on: supporting and evolving W2O’s proprietary Corporate Relevance Index (blog, podcast)
  • Secondarily on: agile analytics to support the earned media strategy team by identifying influencers, understanding audiences, shaping narrative, optimizing execution, and measuring results

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as an analytics partner to account teams
  • Serve as an actively engaged member on a broad cross-PESO analytics team
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on W2O’s proprietary Corporate Relevance Index to analysts, account teams, and clients
  • Nurture long-lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as lead day-to-day and typically manage 2-3 ongoing analytics projects with support from senior management
  • Focus on analytics to help understand audiences, shape narrative, optimize execution and content, and measure results
  • Bridge previous experiences with 3rd party analytics platforms and the application of W2O-proprietary platforms, methods and approaches
  • Extract multiple types of data from multiple sources to draw inferences, conclusions, and insights
  • Partner with account teams to develop actionable recommendations
  • Present reports to clients that bring a story to life

Candidate Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience with majority in at least one of the following areas: healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing/PR/advertising, investor relations, employee communications, brand and reputation tracking, strategic planning, digital/social strategy, earned media analytics, digital/social analytics, social listening, primary/syndicated research, or account management.

You have experience with at least a few of the following:

  • Traditional media monitoring

You have strong oral and written communication skills.

You are proactive and efficient communicator across internal teams.

You have excellent project management skills.

You are able to think critically (conceptualizing, analyzing, applying, evaluating) to guide accurate, clear and sound recommendations & actions.

You are able to initially prepare well-crafted decks that tell a story, have a clear POV.

You are competent with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

You have a college degree (BA or equivalent), with relevant concentration such as market research, marketing, communications, public relations, or social sciences; Master’s degree a plus.
