Job Description

As the Manager of Digital Marketing for ACP, you will leverage your extensive experience to develop the company’s Digital Marketing and Communications infrastructure. You will further implement marketing strategies that drive both the sales initiatives and company’s brand and value promise. We believe your leadership will add value as you manage a team of marketing professionals in support of this mission. 

Responsibilities

  •  Developing and implementing product/program launches in all channels both internally and externally
  • Implementing strategies in the areas of Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, SEM, Exhibits/Conferences, and Public Relations
  • Managing marketing and trade-show budgets
  • Developing tracking standards and reporting on metrics and analytics
  • Planning for and strategic evaluation of the business segments and product portfolio
  • Commercializing new technologies and programs
  • Managing and developing marketing programs and materials such as, advertising, event support and promotions, both print and digital.
  • Determining product requirements and providing input/direction to the product development process
  • Conducting ongoing customer service and VOC surveys
  • Developing messaging and copy for all marketing activities
  • Selecting and managing external agencies
  • Developing and managing internal communications and awareness
  • Developing tools and supporting programs for the sales team
  • Managing and mentoring a small team of marketing professionals

Candidate Qualities

  • A bachelor's degree is required with a concentration in business administration or marketing strongly preferred.
  • Four (4) years of experience in Digital Marketing to include successful Social Media and SEM campaigns is required.
  • Two (2) years of experience managing a team of marketing professionals is required.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Minimum five years communications experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. A writing and editing test will be required of selected candidates.
  • Experience writing press releases and opinion editorials and holding news conferences preferred. •Good organizational skills and attention to detail required.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must be proficient in working with current social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Proficiency with WordPress and familiarity with website management is required.
  • Knowledge of the legislative and regulatory processes, and of the Texas Legislature, is highly desired.

  • Expertise and demonstrated success in Social Media, Content Marketing, and Google AdWords campaign strategy, development, and implementation
  • Demonstrated success in launching websites, especially responsive design
