At our May Happy Hour, which was co-hosted by Stitch Fix, Tim Weinheimer presented "Survive and Thrive with AI."

AI infographicAbout the event: PRSA Austin partnered with Tim Weinheimer, author of “Branding + AI” for this happy hour event, which focused on how brands can survive and thrive in the age of artificial intelligence (AI).

Tim works with clients to develop strategies to stay ahead by leveraging the latest innovations and thinking in integrated AI, mobile and digital marketing strategies with a focus on energy, health tech and food industries. Formerly at Ketchum, Tim now runs his own digital marketing consulting firm, The Weinheimer Group.

In today’s world, customer experience drives purchase behaviors. In fact, consumers now value experiences more than price and product. During the event, Tim explored how AI can be used in innovative and unique ways to cultivate experiences.

Presentation and resources: During his presentation, Tim discussed the AI revolution and ways brands are taking advantage of the latest technology. In his opinion, 2018 will be the year to decide how AI fits into customer experience strategies – especially as it relates to brands.
